Alongside husband Glen, the journey began in 2002 at farm assistant level and progressed through four regions of New Zealand while raising four boys and working toward farm ownership, achieved in 2022.
The experience of navigating payout volatility, pressure, growth, setbacks, and opportunity now shapes the practical, straight-talking approach Trish brings to workshops, facilitation, governance support, and rural leadership conversations.
